Flowy in Free People
Hope you all had a great week! I am currently recuperating from a weekend away in Charleston with friends-kid free! Last year we went to New Orleans and had such a great time! This year was just as fun, if not more! Now the question is where to head next year! We were tossing out Nashville, and Austin has come up too! Any suggestions? We usually do a Thursday-Sunday and talked about maybe a Wednesday-Sunday if need be-send your suggestions my way!
I purchased this dress a few weeks ago with the intention of bringing it to Charleston but I opted not to. The arm opening is super big, and it looked funny with just a bra, but would also look kind of odd with a tank or cami underneath (with the way the neckline is) so I felt it looked best with a denim jacket. Being that the temps in Charleston are super warm I decided to not bring it! I knew I wasn’t going to be wearing my denim jacket too much while there! Despite the larger arm hole I did decide to keep it because I loved the way it fit and I felt so great in it! It looks adorable paired with a denim jacket-my go to!
As far as sizing goes, I actually sized down to a medium and there is still plenty of room even with the bump! In typical Free People fashion, it is super flowy! It is a little bit on the pricey side, so definitely a splurge for me. I loved it so much though and kept it in my cart for weeks and weeks! I am so glad I finally decided to get it!
