Holiday Gifting Picks at Nordstrom

I feel like as adults purchasing gifts tends to become less and less, unless its for your children, or the children in your life. I personally miss going all out for my friends, or my cousins, or even my husband! This year I decided I want to bring back gifting to the adults in my life whom I love, not just the kids! I know it doesn't have to be anything fancy, or terribly expensive, just something simple to say "Hey I saw this and thought you would love it!"
Nordstrom is always a great and easy place to go to for holiday gifting, and with the busy shopping season coming up their Cyber Deals are always worth taking advantage of-they even have them posted already so you can get a game plan!
I also love to add some fun holiday clothes to my wardrobe from Nordstrom! My family keeps it pretty casual for our holiday parties, so jeans, a cute top and a fun pair of heels works for me!
To me, velvet is a holiday staple-something about it gives me all of those holiday feels! This adorable flutter sleeve top comes in multiple colors (I also grabbed it in a gorgeous, deep green) and is so comfortably. While I opted to wear it with jeans and heels, this would look great with a fun, sparkly skirt, or even a pair of dressier pants if you want to take it to the office!
These shoes are something I typically wouldn't wear in my day to day, buts something like a holiday party calls for a something a little fun!
For gifting, I loved the idea of getting the Clinique Chubby Color Lip Balm Set-I plan on splitting them up for the girls' stockings! I know they will both go crazy over them! As soon as I saw the Unicorn Ring Toss I knew Charlotte would absolutely love it. It would even be a great gift for a niece or a gift exchange!
For the friends in my life, I wanted to get things that I use and love, knowing they would use and love them too! Barefoot Dreams has the best and softest items. The one Barefoot Dreams cardigan I have I wear pretty frequently and their socks are no exception!
Mario Badescu facial sprays are always on hand-I keep one next to my bed for a little refresher sometimes, especially in the morning! This little gift set is a great one to give a girlfriend!
I have had my pair of checkerboard Vans for several years, so I couldn't resist getting these for Cecelia! It may be a few more months before she is able to fit into them but I wanted to grab them before they were gone! Being that she will only be a couple of months at Christmas we aren't going overboard, but these for sure are going in her stocking!
Not forgetting the men in your life, the gift selection for them is great as well-I know personally Ryan would love something like a North Face vest, this bluetooth speaker or even this on the go tool kit!
