White Denim: Multiple Ways
Hope you all have had a great week!
This week’s style session is focusing on white denim. I know a good pair of white jeans can be really hard to find-comfort is obviously key, but when it comes to white denim I’m aware that we all struggle with finding a good pair that isn’t see-through, or that doesn’t accentuate every nook and cranny.
I’ve said it before-denim is one thing I don’t mind spending a little bit more money on. If they feel great, look great, and will last me a long time it’s worth it! Madewell has been a favorite denim brand of mine for the last few years. My absolute favorite pair is from a couple of years ago (they are not longer available sadly) and have held up so well-I still wear them pretty frequently!
In my quest for the perfect pair of white jeans, I gave Madewell’s The Perfect Vintage Jean a try. I already knew I loved that particular style!
For sizing, I do recommend sizing down one. They have some stretch to them, which makes them really comfortable and they don’t stretch out too much either! They do come in petite and tall as well as regular. I am 5’4″ and the regular was great. I just might trim the hem a bit since its a raw hem!
I have all of my looks linked, along with another, more affordable pair of white denim! If items I’m wearing are sold out (some of these pieces I’ve had for a while) I have similar options linked!
This tee is also a go-to. I have it in four colors and even wore it when I was pregnant with Cecelia! It’s such a great, basic, layering tee! I am wearing the large-I would say it’s true to size!
This denim jacket is a bit of a splurge, but it’s such great quality. I wanted it to be a little bit more fitted so I stuck with my usual size large.
These sandals are incredibly comfortable. This is my third summer wearing these particular ones and they’ve held up so well! They are true to size.
A chambray is such a classic and goes with so much! This one I have had for several years and it still gets a ton of wear! It’s from Target-I am wearing the XL!
These sandals are from last summer, but I linked a similar option for you!
Last is a little bit of a dressier option for you! This sweater blazer is such a great investment piece. It’s classic and will last you from year to year. I love that it’s lightweight! It comes in so many colors, too! I recommend sizing down!
My top is sold out, so I linked a similar option! I also linked a cute cami that would look just as great underneath!
